Alongside meeting statutory requirments for qualifications, we offer ample training for our staff to continue their professional development throughout their time with us.  

All children will be assigned a key person who will be responsible for tailoring provision to meet your childs individual needs and forming safe and secure attachments during their transition from home to nursery.

All team members who have direct contact with children are trained in Level 2 Food Hygiene for the safe preparation and handling of food, and we train 100% of our staff to a Level 3 standard in Peadiatric First Aid as soon as possible. All members of our team are trained upon employment in safeguarding in the early years. We also train sll our staff in "prevent duty" which is the identification and prevention of radicalisation.
